At Venus Gemstones, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates, appraisals, or documentation that came with it.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at maggie@venusgemstones.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return eligibility, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the  same item, contact us at maggie@venusgemstones.com.
